We rebuilt our deck with Kundrat Carpentry! Susan is a wonderful soul, meeting her was a blessing. I got a piece of mind when she came and did my estimate and assured me that they would rebuilt this to code. (House is over a 100 years old). After so many attempts at Angie’s list no one would commit to this project. I found this company on Facebook and they have built multiple things for me. Would hire them over and over again. Mark Kundrat has 40 years of experience and their prices are unbeatable! Their employees are professional and efficient.

Custom carport construction, so far very pleased. Sue helped a great deal with the city permitting process and was always responsive to questions/concerns. My building space was less than ideal, but Sue addressed my concerns along the way and came up with solutions. I appreciated that the crew were friendly and on time. In the Asheville area sometimes it can feel like some companies aren’t interested in your business unless you’re hiring for a huge/super expensive project, so it was awesome to work with a company that was ready and willing to get started.

Wow! I am beyond pleased with how our porch turned out. We had Kundrat rescreen our back porch and add a “privacy screen” to the bottom half using 2x2s and it turned out exactly as we wanted. Beautiful and durable! The team was a pleasure to work with - prompt, friendly, and professional. They left the job-site clean and communicated progress throughout. Highly recommend them. Great people and awesome work

We hired Kundrat to build us one of their beautiful horizontal fences. It couldn’t have gone better. They built the fence EXACTLY along the property line; it went up in what seemed to us record time; each guy on their three-person team was helpful, patient and accommodating. And their price for the fence was by FAR the least expensive of the eight or so other local fence builders from whom we got an estimate. It wouldn't have mattered who we might have hired, or how much we might have paid for that fence, we would not have gotten a better fence. This is the first house we’ve ever owned, and we (on an insanely tight budget) had much to do with building and designing it. So this new fence meant a great deal to us. And we simply could not be happier with it.

Kundrat Karpentry built us the most beautiful screened in porch, giving our family an incredible space to enjoy. When the weather is warm enough, we are on the porch! The Kundrat team is extremely skilled, organized, professional and will treat your home and property with utmost respect. They worked long days and even came out on their Saturday because they had been rained out on a week day. We are beyond happy with the final product and definitely recommend them. 5 Stars!

I can’t thank you enough for the wonderful job you all did on our screen porch and deck. Everything turned out wonderful! The team of workers were prompt, highly skilled and respectful. They are some of the hardest working people I have seen in a long time! I normally would be nervous for my kids to be home with people working, but your team was so professional and set such a good example for them. Sue was a pleasure to work with during the entire process as well. It is wonderful that you all donate to charity with each job. Great experience all around!
